Return conditions
We at Studio Patina create our collections with great care and attention to detail using solid precious metals that are made to last. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days after receiving your order in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that sale items and customized or custom made products cannot be returned.
The process of return must be initiated within 14 days after receiving your order. All returns must be approved in advance, please contact Studio Patina for a return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items are your responsibility until it is received by us, so please ensure the item is in a sturdy protective packaging, and sent via an insured and trackable shipping method.
Obligations during the 14-day viewing period
During the viewing period you can unpack the product and fit it as you would in a store. Please handle the items with care, avoid causing scratches by friction. If the product cannot immediately be offered for sale again, you will be notified and you may receive less or no money back for the product.
Not covered by the warranty
Breakage (unless it is a demonstrable manufacturing defect). Damage due to improper use of the buyer. Damage due to a modification or repair by a third party. Damage from water and / or fire. Damage from normal wear and tear, such as scratches. Discoloration due to high acidity of the skin. Discoloration from the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray. Instructions for shipment
After initiating the Return, send the item(s), in original condition and original packaging, in sturdy protective packaging, for example in the packaging that you have received it in Save your proof of shipment / track and trace number until your return shipment has been processed by us. Unless returned due to a defect, the return costs are for your account.
