Within the Netherlands, Studio Patina uses standard shipping (delivery within 1-2 working days). With an order amount of more than € 300, an order will be shipped free of charge with DHL Parcel or PostNL. You’ll receive a track and trace code when the package is sent. In general, an order is delivered to you one day after shipment, however, due to any delay due to busy delivery services, the delivery time can be up to 5 business days. Unfortunately we have no influence on this. If

your package is not delivered after 5 business days, please contact us.

For same day delivery options within the Netherlands you can contact our customer service.

As our standard shipping method to European countries, we use the services of GLS or PostNL. The delivery time varies per country, but generally, the package is delivered within 3 to 5 business days. With an order amount of more than € 300, the order will be shipped free of charge using the standard shipping method. 

Do you need your jewellery earlier? For a faster delivery, choose DHL Express as a delivery method at Check-out. In most cases, the package is delivered the next working day. 

In most cases, we use DHL Express to ship orders worldwide. Delivery time can vary from 2 to 4 working days. All possible additional customs costs are not reimbursed by Patina.

It’s possible to pick up your order at our store in Amsterdam. This option needs to be noted at check-out so we can prepare your order before your arrival. This option is free of charge.
